According to Philippe Swimberghe, design is primarily a career and passion that is 1/3 artistic, 1/3 marketing and 1/3 ingenuity. His focus is on creative research carried out by means of pencil drawings, and the transition from two to three dimensions in order to validate the final concept. it is during this transition that the choice of materials must be made based on the concept, the shape and the use of the object.
